San Pedro Carchá, Alta Verapaz - According to photo at <www.inforpressca.com> - some kind of white ceremonial flag charged with the Coat of Arms.

The flag itself presents a probable vexillological mistake on our page. While thephoto from shows a vertical cloth hanging from a crossbar with round point and held in a procession, Fred Drews' image puts the same design on a rectangular 3:5 white cloth. Does Fred have evidence for this design?
