Most unlikely - the RANSA burgee is exactly the same as its British
counterpart: white, red St. George's Cross, blue naval crown in the middle.

I could not find any info on RFBYC's website about history of any kind.

I found out that the RMYC was founded in 1920, but couldn't find out any info
on the ensign.

The burgee is a blue triangular flag with a nice yellow symbol consisting of a steering wheel
and a southern cross within it.

The Shelley Sailing Club was established on the Canning River, off Riverton Drive, in 1974.
The burgee of the SSC is horizontally divided white-black-white.

South of Perth Yacht Club was founded on the 18th December 1945.
The burgee of the SoPYC is red with a white cross. A white star is placed in the thrid quarter.
