I wonder if the Blue Ensign with a crown in the fly and an Australian White Ensign canton could be the ensign of the Royal Australian Navy Sailing Association? If not, I would be interested to know, what is their ensign?

Most unlikely - the RANSA burgee is exactly the same as its British counterpart: white, red St. George's Cross, blue naval crown in the middle.

I found out that the RMYC was founded in 1920, but couldn't find out any info on the ensign.

Sandringham is located on the eastern shore of Port Phillip Bay, c. 15 km south-east of Melbourne.

The burgee of the SSC is horizontally divided white-black-white.

South of Perth Yacht Club was founded on the 18th December 1945.

The burgee of the SoPYC is red with a white cross. A white star is placed in the thrid quarter.
