Description: per fess or and azure; in chief a rising millwheel gules;
in base a lozengy gate or, each lozenge containing a three-leaved clover.
The yellow/blue background symbolizes by the lozengy gate (= "Glind")
the name of the city. The red millwheel points at the old mill as precursor
of the heavy industry of the present; the cloverleaves remind of the agriculture
practised in this young town in a green environment.
