An episode featured diplomats from a fictional
island nation in the Atlantic called Tescara. One scene shows briefly
its flag: it's quartered per saltire, blue on top, yellow on hoist and
fly and green at the bottom. Over all there's some device, predominantly
yellow, probably a coat of arms.Except for the overall device, it's like the GIF above.
Although the colours were perhaps a bit more dull than this, but
these are the nearest websafe equivalent.
