Located at the south-east of Bowdani's holdings in VexaNova, Islandia is a group of two islands of volcanic origin. The terrain is interspersed with mountain peaks and coasts are often deeply intended by fjords. Everywhere in the country, you can find active or extinct volcanoes, hot springs, solfatare or geysers.

Arable lands can only be found in the north of the main island or on Bjargey Island. There is also some sheep breeding; those animals, not very faddy, are often seen together with some poneys.

The islands are above all the sanctuary of nesting birds coming from all over the world to reproduce on the sea cliffs. This area is included in the Drangur National Park.

At the south of the main island, the polar climate generate glaciers and icefields. The lands and seas in this area are the kingdom of penguins and other seals. The territorial wake has been delcared protected zone by presidential decree. Thanks to it we can often observe some whales swimming close to the shore.

Politically, Islandia is divided in 6 provinces (see map), the capital is Snaeffellstadir, located in the south-west of the main island. The majority (about 70%) of the population is concentrated in the capital and its suburb.

There is no railways on Islandia and roads are mostly unpaved and reserved for 4 X 4 vehicles (see our license plates) except in urban areas. The main cities are all located on the coastline and have a harbour (fishing being the leading ressource of the country) and an airport.
